These are made of flexible rubber like material.  To install this item you will need needle nose pliers.  Any of the old leg band in the figures legs and hip should be removed completely.  Using the needle nose pliers squeeze one of the D plugs on either end of the leg band replacement and push it in to one leg.  Once the leg band is secure in one leg squeeze the other D plug of the leg band and tuck it in to the figures leg opening over the top of the cylinder inside the hip.  Once the D plug pokes out a little on the other side of the cylinder in the hip it is in far enough use the pliers to pull the D Plug through the other leg opening.  Finally grab the loose D plug with the pliers and push it in to the other leg.  Once installed the figure will have nice tight legs and the ability to stand on its own.  This band is for the standard Male body characters, it is too long for female characters.  Please ask any questions before buying.  Black Pictured.
