This listing is for a new tower shield accessories for the 80's version of Mossman just like the item pictured.  The cuff is brown plastic with a brown rubber plug that inserts in to the back of the shield allowing for easy removal and repositioning of the shields angle on the arm.  The width of the shield is about 2 inches.  The height of the shield is just over 3 and 3/4ths of an inch.  The thickness of the shield is just under 1/4 of an inch.  The figure is not included.  These were designed and made in the USA.  Please ask any questions before buying.   Caramel Pictured.
